This message is from the Re$ourceLine with information about the upcoming changes!
Hello to all Re$ourceLine fans,
This is your opportunity to receive useful and timely literacy funding information, which you’ve always received from Re$ourceLine, for free through the National Literacy Directory.
As most of you know, Literacy Powerline has suspended invoicing for Re$ourceLine during 2015 in anticipation of this wonderful change. The National Center for Families Learning (NCFL) is making our funding resources free to all program providers and affiliates in the Directory. NCFL Literacy NOW (News of the Week) will be the new weekly e-letter that carries forward Re$ourceLine services for all Directory members.
Here’s everything you need to know:
Direct service providers of literacy and educational services should make sure their agency and program is included in this comprehensive national database that already lists over 9,000 test centers, providers, and their programs. What a fantastic way to reach more learners as well as find out more about your current or potential collaborative community partners!
JOIN THE DIRECTORY TODAY!
Community literacy coalitions are key members of Re$ourceLine’s network. This change is an opportunity for you to become an “affiliate” in the Directory and continue receiving important funding opportunities.
As a Directory affiliate, you will encourage eligible constituents to join the Directory or update their existing records three times per year. NCFL will provide content for these communications and several opportunities for your coalition to contribute its own messages on the site and through Directory channels, along with featuring your coalition on the Directory affiliate page.
This opportunity supports your goal of ensuring that all literacy and education providers and programs in your area have been identified and you have a common vehicle for making those services known throughout your community. To find out more and sign up for the new affiliate program, please send your contact information to email@example.com with “Affiliate program” in the subject line.
Funders, including Literacy Funders Network members, can become affiliates, too! Regular funding input plus the Directory resource is a tool for all funders to get behind. We are grateful for Dollar General Literacy Foundation’s leadership and underwriting of this indispensable tool for the literacy field and learners. For all funders, this is a value-add offering that can be made to all of your literacy and education grantees. To indicate your interest in the affiliate program, please send your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Affiliate program” in the subject line.
IMPORTANT! Regarding your subscription and account information:
As a subscriber to Re$sourceLine provided by LiteracyPowerline, and with LiteracyPowerline now being a subsidiary of NCFL, we will automatically transfer your paid subscription to a free one. The email service will be migrated to NCFL’s service utilizing MailChimp.
The first NCFL Literacy NOW will be sent this Friday December 18, 2015. Once you receive it, please see the footer area if you wish to unsubscribe.
Please join the National Literacy Directory today to strengthen your services and community.
Thank you for your former support of Re$ourceLine and we look forward to remaining your partner in literacy!
